David is a research assistant and software developer, and is pursuing a Master’s degree at the Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Computing program at West University of Timișoara.

His work is focused on cloud-native and deep learning solutions for Earth Observation data processing and remote sensing, as well as Agentic AI infrastructure.

He finished his Bachelor’s in Computer Science at West University of Timișoara, where his thesis focused on data-locality-aware scheduling of serverless workloads across edge-cloud environments.
