Registration fee includes:

  • FOSS4G Europe 2026 Conference (29 June - 1 July 2026)
    Access to 3 conference days including the opening plenary session, conference tracks, coffee breaks, and lunch.

  • Ice-Breaker (29 June 2026)
    The Ice-Breaker event is included in the conference ticket for all registered participants.

  • Workshops (2 - 3 July 2026)
    Workshops are organized in 4-hour and 2-hour sessions. Participants are invited to use their own computer.

  • FOSS4G Europe 2026 Community Sprint (4 - 5 July 2026)
    The Community Sprint is planned as a complimentary event.

Tickets and prices

Please note that FOSS4GE workshops can only be bought as an add-on to the main conference ticket. Workshops can only be attended by participants owning a main conference ticket.

Conference ticket

  • FOSS4GE Conference - Early bird: 1.300,00 RON (approx. 254.90 EUR)
  • FOSS4GE Conference - Regular: 300.00 EUR
  • FOSS4GE Conference - On-site: 350.00 EUR

This ticket includes:

  • Access to 3 conference days
  • Ice-Breaker on 29 June
  • Daily lunch
  • Coffee breaks

Early bird tickets will be available until 1 May 2026.

Workshops

  • 4-hour workshop: 182,00 RON (approx. 35.69 EUR)
  • 2-hour workshop: 91,00 RON (approx. 17.84 EUR)

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation should be directed to info-europe@foss4g.org in writing only. A 25% administrative charge will be held from the registration cost by the organizers if the cancellation is announced before May 30, 2026. After this date, no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after the conference.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it. In the unlikely case that the FOSS4GE 2026 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure, the Conference Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
