The gala dinner event takes place just across from the university, the main conference venue, in a relaxed atmosphere near the Bega River.

Appetizers (crunchy biscuits with cream cheese and salmon, rye crackers with remoulade sauce and anchovies, vol au vent with tuna cream, wraps with chicken and vegetables, chicken terrine with apples, pork terrine wrapped in ham, cheese pralines with grapes, bruschetta with pesto and parmesan, bruschetta with tomatoes and oregano, cheese hazelnuts on green apple, pizza bar), main course with selected dishes (pork steak with chimichurri sauce, chicken with gorgonzola sauce and roasted walnuts, chicken with baked rice, green beans, broccoli and mushrooms, farfalle with peas and pesto sauce, baked potatoes, fried potatoes, mixed salad, coleslaw with tomatoes), and open bar drinks (beer, selected wines, cocktails, soft drinks, coffee), along with live music, will be offered to participants.
