Volunteers

FOSS4G Europe 2026 is looking for enthusiastic volunteers. Applications are open until April 30th. As part of the volunteer team, you will help keep the conference running smoothly while gaining a front-row experience of the open geospatial world. You will collaborate with speakers, connect with passionate community members, and enjoy access to talks and workshops for roughly half of the event whenever you are not on duty.

Volunteers commit to at least 20 hours distributed across a minimum of 3 days during the conference. In return, the registration fee will be covered.

Those interested in collaboration as volunteers should submit the Google form provided in this Volunteers section before April 30th. After the review process, selected candidates will be announced on May 7th.

Once selected, you will hear from the Volunteer Committee, sign an agreement, and join our Telegram coordination group.
